Discover her approach

A personal approach

Property has always been about more than the transaction.

Throughout her career, Fatima has worked across multiple areas of property, developing an understanding of how individual decisions can affect both the immediate outcome and the long-term position of an asset.

That experience has shaped a thoughtful and highly personal approach—one grounded in listening carefully, communicating clearly and remaining accountable for the advice and service being provided.

For Fatima, effective representation begins with understanding the person behind the property: their priorities, circumstances and broader objectives.

Good advice begins with understanding what matters to the client.

Professional experience

25 years across property sales, leasing, valuation and management.

Fatima’s experience spans interconnected areas of the property sector, giving her a broader perspective on the decisions faced by owners, sellers, landlords and investors.

Property Management

Practical experience in the ongoing oversight of residential property, landlord communication, tenancy matters and the day-to-day decisions involved in protecting an asset.

Leasing

An understanding of property presentation, market positioning, tenant selection and the communication required throughout the leasing process.

Valuation

Experience considering the factors that influence property value, market position and informed decision-making.

Property Sales

Experience guiding owners through sale campaigns, from preparation and positioning through to negotiation and settlement.

Her perspective

A broader view of property.

Experience across property sales, leasing, valuation and property management allows Fatima to consider property from more than one perspective.

A tenancy decision can influence an asset’s condition. Presentation can affect leasing and sales outcomes. Short-term choices may have longer-term commercial consequences.

By considering these connections, Fatima aims to provide advice that is practical in the present while remaining conscious of the client’s wider objectives.

01

The Property

Its condition, presentation, position and current requirements.

02

The People

The priorities, circumstances and expectations of those involved.

03

The Longer View

How today’s decisions may support the future direction of the asset.

Why she founded the agency

To keep experience close to the client.

After working across different areas of property, Fatima saw how easily personal service could be lost when clients were passed between departments, changing contacts and disconnected processes.

786 Realty was created as a more accountable alternative: an agency where relationships remain direct, context is not repeatedly lost and the person responsible stays personally involved.

The owner-operated model allows Fatima to remain close to the properties, decisions and conversations entrusted to the agency. It is a deliberate structure designed around continuity rather than volume.

The agency was built to preserve the relationship—not process it.

What clients can expect

Direct access. Consistent responsibility.

Working with Fatima means having a clear point of contact who understands the property, remembers the context and remains accountable throughout the relationship.

01

To be heard

Advice begins with understanding the client’s priorities, concerns and circumstances.

02

To be kept informed

Communication is clear, considered and supported by practical context.

03

To receive honest perspective

Recommendations are made carefully, without exaggerated promises or unnecessary pressure.

04

To know who is responsible

Fatima remains personally involved rather than transferring the relationship through multiple departments.

Personal philosophy

Care in the details. Clarity in the decisions.

Fatima believes property advice should be informed, respectful and specific to the person receiving it.

That means taking the time to understand the situation, explaining the reasoning behind recommendations and treating every property with the attention its owner would reasonably expect.

Her approach is calm rather than transactional, commercially aware without becoming impersonal, and grounded in the belief that trust is built through consistent actions.

Listen carefully. Advise thoughtfully. Remain accountable.
